Dr. Kallgren is board certified in dermatology and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Diane Kallgren graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. earning her bachelor’s degrees in Biology. She earned her M.D. in Columbia, Missouri at the University of Missouri. Following medical school she served as a General Medical Officer for five years in the U.S. Navy, serving on board the USS Jason and in hospitals in California, Hawaii, and Spain. She was accepted and completed her dermatology residency at Bethesda National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Kallgren departed naval service as a Commander after ten years and moved to Boulder, CO in 1994. Dr. Kallgren joined Boulder Dermatology Clinic in 1994 and worked as an associate for two years. In 1996 Dr. Kallgren became a partner at Boulder Dermatology Clinic.
